Any information that you provide to Titanium Infrastructure (TI) is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by TI. As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your TI account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.
You can opt-out of most communications from TI including our newsletter, new follower emails, etc. Please respond to the communications where it says to and you will be removed from future communications.

Titanium Infrastructure (“TI”) receives your information through any or all various means; including but not limited to our various web sites, APIs, interfaces, services, third-parties and tracking software ("Services"). Information Collection and Use
TI collects and uses your information to provide its’ Services and improve them over time.
Newsletter Signup: When you, the user, signs up for the free Titanium Topics newsletter, you are agreeing to allow TI to add you to TI’s email mailing list and you will receive the Titanium Topics Newsletter each week unless you opt out after receiving the first Titanium Topics Newsletter.
Contact Form Submissions: You may provide us with additional information via the contact form on the Contact page, but it will not be made public. TI may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages or the instructions on our web site. If you email us, TI may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request.

Our Policy Towards Children
Our Services are not directed to people under 18 years old. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at privacy@titaniuminfrastructure.com.
TI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years old. If TI becomes aware that a child under 18 years old has provided us with personal information, TI will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
