Rachelle Channell is the face you’ll see most as the go-to subject matter expert when working with Titanium Infrastructure. Founder and President of the company, Rachelle possesses 24 years of collective experience in Strategic Human Resources Management, Strategic Planning, Operational & Employee Management, Compliance and Employment Law, Strategic Hiring, Transformation, Organizational Development, and Industrial Security (FSO).
In addition to giving mid-sized and small businesses the Executive Edge by providing C-level support on a fractional basis to accommodate smaller business budgets, Rachelle has spent 12 years in direct support of organizations holding cleared government contracts affiliated with DoD, Aerospace, NASA, and other Military entities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from West Virginia University. Below is a list of credentials:

Message from Rachelle Channell
The idea for Titanium Infrastructure surfaced when I was Vice President of Operations and Human Resources and Head of Security at a cleared government contracting firm. Mid-sized to small businesses face challenges in balancing expertise with overhead. With the experience in wearing the many, and sometimes multifaceted hats, I realized that the areas of expertise were a necessity in most companies but that due to size and budgets, hiring a full-time executive that could fill one area was just not feasible. So, in 2015, Titanium Infrastructure was born to help fill niche areas of need for companies.
Each company is different with their own unique challenges and mission, but the core component that is consistent is that expertise in some areas is needed, but an executive salary is affordable.
I believe that companies can have solid expertise and guidance within and over various departments without hiring a full time executive until the company grows and expands enough to do so. With a multi-disciplinary background, my commitment is to work within client’s needs and bring them to the next level with business consulting services designed to meet their unique needs.
